- Micromanagement, poor management, weak management, anything you can think of

- Hired and Fired, Fired and Hired, manager out of door after a meeting
- Get a life elsewhere, any other job is better
- Very high management change and turn-over.
- Continuous instable decisions and unclear policies and procedures. 'huge gap between written and practiced policies'
- Never been recognized for the good work but always exposed for criticism even for good work 'not an employee oriented company'.

- Work machine mostly outdated. Most of software engineer using slow PC
-No fulfillment, no career advancement , no bonus , no OT (after certain grade) , no training provided
- Poor human resource management and poor project management (always delay)
- No proper project planning. Most of decision from one man (CEO)
Very backdated technology; a lot of things could not be automated because of resource constraints in the IT dept. A lot of work becomes very manual, time consuming and tedious.
Operations team lacks structure and the constant change in their processes makes them unsure of their work and area of responsibilities. They are also unwilling to take up ownership of work.
