I know monetary terms is not a permanent solution. But financial help should be given to those in state of poverty.

tis one, I never agree. Help should be given not money. You can feed them, clothe them, educate them. But never make the poor beggars. That's what giving them money does. You are training them to be beggars. That's not a good idea.
