Why Google Map Street View cannot see Lee Kuan Yew House?

I ever go in before to go some works. Was inside for about an hour. House is simple and British colonial style. Saw LKY face to face for about 2mins.

The sentry was surprise to see me drive through there but not everyone is familiar with the Oxley Rd area & it's really difficult to find a parking space in that area.

I remembered reading somewhere that the Malaysians turned the Tunku's old house into a tourist attraction.. Just got the feeling that many daft Sinkies will be lobbying in the state press for the need to preserve the Old Monster's house for historical reasons when he kicks the bucket..:(

Why is the street view of 38 Oxley Road not available on Google Map? It's not the whole of Oxley Road - just the section where Lee Kuan Yew lives - no street view. I wonder who paid money to block out this portion?

Besides this special address, I'm sure his son's house and probably most of the Billionaire Ministers houses are also blocked. I only know Pinky stays at Rochalie Drive but don't know house number.

can people do that? pay google NOT to take street view of the street in front of their property. As far as I know, Oxley Road is a public road.

I live near oxley rd and there is a section of road marked private, trespassers not allowed.
