tell them that the Bible have Buddha Dharmapada scripture in the section of NT. Jesus teaching was based on Buddhist teaching and n the Gospel of Thomas you can find the full version of the Dhramapada scripture.
Even Confucius teaching are in the Bible.

The Chinese invented papers and writing and advanced education including Buddhist studies which revolutionized education for the mass.

Be thankful that they are Christians. The average Christian is better educated as compared to a follower of any other religion groups. According to the Singapore census, 32% of our local graduates are Christians, even though Christians make up only 18% of the population.

1:sinkies are daft and stupid,go look up the percentage of religious people by country and u will see singapore is the highest of any first world country.nearly 70 percent of sinkies practise a religion.
2:chrisitanity is mainly a english religion,this appeals to the newest generations of singaporeans that are more well versed in english than their mother tongue.

Here's the ugly truth:
The teachings of monotheism religions are much more attractive than polytheism religions. That's why you see many more cases of people leaving Buddhism, Taoism and Hinduism for Christianity and Islam than the other way around.
Regardless which religion you follow or none at all, most people pray for peace and prosperity. And what people see is that the average Christian is better educated and earning more than the average follower of other religions. There are many churches, both Protestant and Catholic, which conducts its weekly services entirely in Mandarin and local dialects, so it is not true to blame it on English speaking.
The truth is everyone needs to have a religion when they die, if not people do not know how to pay their respect to them and there is no place to bury them also.
Everyone has a religion, even if they formally proclaim otherwise. There are no atheists in foxholes.

When nearly 1/3 of your university graduates are Christians or Catholics, it is likely that your parliament would also be disproportionately represented by followers of this religion.
