Last time I'm agent brought the ah nehs tenants for flat viewing.

That PRC engineer flatowner said he can rent to ah nehs tenants but he was offended by that ah neh's ridiculous $1700 offer hence the deal did not close.

Going back to topic, I noticed there are 2 very small profile type of sporean-chinese that can rent to ah nehs but cannot rent to PRCs tenants(even if the PRC tenant is PHd or scientists), example 1) Unmarried working-class english-educated sporean-chinese single women in their late 40s to early 60s and 2) working-class english-educated 50plus-yrs-old male sporean-chinese that resent mandarin type .

I don't really care about prcs more importantly it's not to rent to shit skins. Even if they agree to the rental they dirty up the place, they might steal the furniture and they would probably delay rental or find some excuse not to pay. All of these are apparent with the majority of them.

Normally the real estate agent will try to push for Ah Neh tenant because they are willing to pay the highest rental.

So this attract 3 types of landlords-those who need the monies to service their loans ,those with older/less popular properties rejected by others and new landlords who did not know the ah neh's gonna thrash their unit( the agent not telling).

I have seen Ah Neh pay $3000 for 1st floor unit and Chinese pay $2600 for 10th floor unit (same size, layout, orientation) in the same block.

What? A keling pay more? Wow it's like sighting a rare unicorn.

From Loyang to Simei, from East Coast to city fringe, from Meyer Road to Tanjong Rhu, from River Valley to Orchard... every condo i visit they seem heavily infested with Ah Nehs (please note in this case i am not racist, i am merely anti-FT)

But every coffeeshop, every restaurant, every hawker centre i go to... the workers, the chefs, the beer aunties... they are all Ah Tiongs... and i notice they live in HDB pigeonhole.

Why??? Are Ah Tiongs the blue collar workers while Ah Nehs the white collar criminals???

Becos Tiongs gambled away all their hard earned $ and call chicken, whereas ah neh don't gamble and also cannot call chicken, chicken biased with ah neh.
