新南威爾斯州（NSW）消防局長菲茲西蒙斯，昨天在基頓的葬禮上，頒發英勇勳章給基頓年僅19個月大的兒子哈維。從曝光的照片可看到，年紀還很小的哈維，吸著奶嘴、穿著迷你版的消防隊制服，接受菲茲西蒙斯授章，接著由母親抱著他走到父親棺木前，瞻仰亡父的棺木，而哈維在棺木上留下：「爸爸，我愛你直到永遠」的話語，告別來不及看他長大的父親。
