as long as bus and mrt remain a monopolistic listed company, whoever minitoot takes over makes no difference. if they cannot solve the fundamental of GREED in those profit-hunger mafias, we the commuters would have to forever bear the brunt in fares hike .
the only solution would be that the gov takes control and turns it into statboards where obscene profit is frowned upon. gov shouldn't be making tons of $. they are for the people....how true could that be!! birds of a feather flock together. sadly, our gov is no better. they are avaricious themselves which also explains why they put their own papmen in such monopolistic companies as jiak-liao-bee parasitic directors. they love money, hate noises and just love screwing the voters for their past time hobby. :(
