WHERE can I buy an IC barcode scanner?

Given that nest time I go Geylang or Health Centre or maybe call pimp for gals, I must exercise due diligence that the Pros is above 18.

What if the underage pros show me fake IC or passport? Under the law, its strict liability so i am still guilty.

So i now need to buy an IC scanner or the one they use in casino VeRisign to ensure authenticity of the identity documents!

Where can i buy one so that i can carry with me whenever i cheong??
