thats right bro , if you want to be a good moderator , dont let other ppl tell you what to do ..although they can give you advice ..but its up to you to decide what is right and what is wrong even if you have to go against all the ppl here ...great power comes with great responsibility . all the best to you . remember a good leader does not need ppl tell you what to do ...they lead and not follow

Regarding quarrels, if everyone keep their quarrel or differences within the day and moved on after they wake up the next day, then everything will be fine. After Sam came in and cane Alamaking, you can see that the forum is very peaceful now

Thanks everyone. I'm still new and learning the ropes, hope you guys give me some leeway.

As I mentioned, I will only tidy up the threads so that there won't be any multi threads on the same topics. Secondly, if any thread gets out if hand, be it escalated quarrelling or racism, I will just lock it and refer the matter to Sam or Supermod.

I cannot please everyone. I will just follow Sam way of doing things. Which is to keep things at a reasonable level. There will still be some threads whereby people continue their verbal struggles, I will let them be. After all, there is a need for people to vent their frustration. If I were to interfere in every thread, then we might as well move to the moderated folder.
