I was a porlumpar clerk at HQ Mindef. Actual vocation is to boot lick white horse and cheong with them after 5pm - play billard and cheong disco, all on them. No money open mouth they give. Agree with you. Leongsam is another 大洞妖兽仔. He is only a platoon commander with at most 40 men under him. How to every week charge two of them. Totally nonsense from him.

I was in SAFTI. I had thousands of trainees to victimise. I wasn't confined to my own men. I could charge anyone.. OCT, SISL, Signals, Medic, GD platoon, HQ clerical staff.... all potential targets.
When I was DO, I would charge at least 4 people every time. It was so easy to catch guards sleeping. I knew all the hiding places because I used the same places myself to sleep when I was doing guard duty during my trainee days.
GD man cum cook, work closely with medics and driver. they will inform me which office is nasty then I use my smelly used sock to make coffee to serve him, we always worked hand-in-hand so I don't have to go for any injections and driver send me to "sky". shiok! 
Sgt Lam in safti, too nasty, always check the Hokkian Pin in and out, one fine day he got hammered jialah jialah and after that he became very tame.
The messboy over at safti added worse things to asshole officers' drinks. things that he added that you couldn't have imagined. :o
