"Physically exhausted from the exercise class, he asked if anyone could take over while he administered the AED.
Initially, no one responded — something which he also attributes to the shock of the moment.
But eventually, another gym member stepped forward: a National Service (NS) medic, who agreed to do CPR while Tan prepared the AED."

Kudos to the doctor by the way.

I was a Rescue team in SCDF reservist, so I got the chance to learn life saving procedures, like Heimlich maneuver, CPR, bao tao, bao kah, bar ciu, bao lampa, use of torniquet, during that time defilibrator was not widely available. So, with my new found skill, hoseleow, I can do CPR on pretty girl, nabei, until now no chance to put in good use, not even simple Heimlisch maneuver.
Wasted my time in SCDF, since, I threw away my Grey colour SCDF uniform.
