Maybe she makes more than $30,000 per annum

Yap! Never under-estimate the earning power of Pinoy FT, they can be professional in the morning...Part time singer, dancer, musician in the night...

Banks only need 6 months of their stable income slips!

S Pass - Before you apply

Eligibility
Mid-level skilled foreigners (e.g. technicians) who wish to work in Singapore may apply for an S Pass. Applicants will be assessed on a points system, taking into account multiple criteria. S Pass applicants accumulate points based on how far they meet the criteria. As a general guide, these criteria can be broadly described as (for illustrative purposes only):
  • A minimum fixed monthly salary of $2,000
  • Educational qualifications
    • A degree, diploma
    • Technical certificates can be considered. These are, very broadly, courses that train the applicant to be a qualified technician or specialist in their chosen field. The certification should comprise of at least one year of full-time study.
  • Type of job (e.g. professional, specialist or technician)
  • Number of years of relevant work experience

Many foreign students in private schools sit for these certs and can even apply for jobs before they graduate. If good they are employed with S pass.

That's how we are flooded, no ponds intended.

Frankly, any Tom, Dick or Harry can apply for a basic credit card these days.

Nationality or income is not a concern.

Some banks will grant a credit card to foreigners if their annual income is around $35K. The credit card policy varied from bank to bank.

Why bother so much? $2,500 per month you think is difficult? If you factor in O.T for 6 months, then you can easily get it.

Or....the easiest explanation is that her hubby or someone else got her a supplementary card.
She works in the office as customer service, no OT. 5 1/2 day per wk.
She has work in the office for almost 4 years.

Absolutely. Credit cards are ubiquitous these days like Rolex and LV bags, genuine and fakes.

Exclusivity means very few people have it and very difficult to obtain because there's a long waiting list as the supply is severely limited.

These days everyone has a Rolex, therefore, Rollies are not exclusive but a popular trend.
