Holi store in Geylang Lor 9 has a pretty good selection of jeans. Quite good quality. But you have to dig through the rack to find something to your liking.

How about Cotton On? Not as low SES as the unholy trinity (Giordano, Bossini, Baleno), but also not as expensive as some other brands.

Zara can be ok if you are looking for some options from couture but can't afford them, but if you compare ZARA and H&M, I will stick to H&M coz prices are way lower and quality is sometimes better.
