Yeah, it would be great to buy everything I want, but unfortunately, I can’t afford it. Reality still kicks in no matter how much we tell ourselves to “just enjoy.” I agree with the spirit of some comments, but most of us still have to balance wants with cash flow and future needs.
Sometimes it’s not about luxury splurges, just having a bit of flexibility when something meaningful comes up.
