A survey has revealed that 82 per cent of England supporters are frustrated with their national side.

The Three Lions faithful topped the table of nationalities that are left the most agonised by their countries’ exploits in the run-up to Euro 2012, while Republic of Ireland fans are in second place with 53 per cent admitting their torment in a Sharp FanLabs poll.

England’s 3-2 loss to Holland in February at Wembley could be a reason behind their irritation, but ironically, since the friendly, passion levels have risen to 13 per cent more than they were after the draw was made.

Despite this, 78 per cent of fans relate the side with underachievement, whilst just 68 per cent associate team-spirit with England and banter levels are down by four per cent since losing to the Dutch.

The tournament kicks-off for the 1996 semi-finalists against France, but it is the date with Sweden on June 11 that they might want to watch out for, with the Swedish insisting they want to beat England more than any other team in the competition.

It'll cost $58.85 to watch Euro 2012

First, the good news: It does not matter which pay-TV provider you subscribe to, or whether you only get free-to-air television. Anybody will be able to pay for and watch Euro 2012 on their television screens.

Now, the not-so-good news. football. It will cost slightly more for SingTel mio TV subscribers and non pay-TV viewers to watch the month-long festival of European

StarHub subscribers who sign up before the end of April will have to pay $58.85 to watch all the 31 matches live. After that, they will have to pay $69.55..

SingTel mio TV subscribers will be charged the same rates, but will have to pay $10.70 more as an "activation charge". The same fees apply to viewers without any pay-TV provider.

Any1 knows what time does the matches kick-off @ singapore time?

Kam sia.

It'll just cost S$5+ per match, not S$50+. Just go a neighbourhood coffeeshop and order a bottle of beer. You can can make good friends and keep up community bonding spirits too, that's free, no GST. If you're cheapskate or don't drink alcohol, just order some other cheaper drink and snack.

After all, watching every match is silly. I only watch some important interesting matches. The rest can zzz and check the results tomorrow.

You don't need rocket science to know that they start after midnight. :D

Generally but not absolutely, especially for Euro or Euro-hosted WC. Some matches can start as early as 8 p.m. Singapore time if they schedule in afternoon their time. North or South American matches and tournaments, then no need to say, sure after midnight Singapore time, in fact some even at your next morning breakfast time. The fun for us in this timezone was when South Korean and Japan co-hosted WC. Watch afternoon match during office hours and after off, watch evening match after dinner. :D
