Interesting...in what Viven had said about note taking, in meetings like this, doesn't both sides have note takers & the minutes of the meeting will be prepared & copies given to all those attending & those who had attend will annotate the minutes & be given a copy & the annotated copy will be filed & copies of the annotated minutes will be given to higher ups...& in many cases, voice recorders are often present too...if all these are not done...you know who & you know what, are ficing the you know who...
