Vietnamese girl sleeping rough begging

Vietnamese women have been sleeping in Bishan Park for several months, sleeping in pavilions with mattresses, and begging the public for money, causing some public dissatisfaction.

She claims to be unemployed, leaving the park during the day and returning to rest at night.
