According to Mr Chen (transliterated), a neighbour, the deceased had moved in two years ago with a friend.

However, they had a falling out last year, and the woman had lived alone in her unit since then.​

A 38-year-old woman living alone in an HDB flat at Tampines Street 43 was found dead after neighbours reported a foul smell lingering for days.

Police were alerted around 8am on 29 Sept and discovered her lying motionless in the unit, where she was pronounced dead.

Police do not suspect foul play, and investigations continue.

Man, 60, found dead at Woodlands Bus Interchange on Oct. 3​

A 60-year-old man in Singapore was found dead at Woodlands Bus Interchange on Oct. 3.

In response to Mothership's queries, the Singapore Police Force (SPF) said that they were alerted to the incident at around 1:20pm.

Found lying motionless​

According to SPF, the man was found lying motionless along the pavement at the interchange.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) told Mothership that he was pronounced dead at the scene by a paramedic.

The police have ruled out foul play, based on early investigations.

Police investigations are ongoing.
