How do you feel when you presided the parliamentary debate over Yaw's case?
Did you any time discussed the shameful matter with Laura or giggled over it?
Did you ever feel like a hypocrite donning that pure white shirt condemning at someone's infidelity while concealing yours?
Why it did not occurred to you to quit politics when you first stepped out of line?
Is your 'sorry' enough to let people in Punggol East to have a choice to re-elect?

I am not Michael Palmer but may I be allowed to speak on his behalf?

He only PLEADED GUILTY to his political masters when he knew there was no way out for him and the best option was to confess. On the part of his political masters, they too realised that given whatever info was available, best and only option was to accept the resignation. The next step for both MP and PAP would be DAMAGE CONTROL.

Because Mike claimed that he trusted in God,so God was kind enough to send him a signal via Yawgate, yet he thot God was joking with him, till today, but it is not over yet,Mike better learns his lesson this round, the next one wouldn't be so easy.

He was simply an honest man with an honest lust.
Brother, excuse me for saying so,I do not think God is angry because of his lust, all men/women are sinners,he said, the problem with Mike is that he conned the people of Singapore with PAP leaders, for what? Not money,God has given him more than enough,he is crazy for power, hence he has to pay a price,Karma.Mike is a stupid man.

I was just summarizing from below: :o

Suggested title for Michael Palmer's new book:

Ai Piah Jia Eh Yia

-- An honest man's story of an honest lust, and how he honestly set out to fulfill it and later honestly admited his honest mistake.

Let he who has not slept with a married woman cast the first stone!

He admitted it was an improper relationship, he disappoints and he pays the price for his indiscretion as a public figure.

Beyond that, who are we to judge, right?

Most of us are not public figures and so we are held to a lower standard.

Well at least he came out to face the music and not like that Yaw guy who disappeared (till now), leaving his mentor and party high and dry.

Contrary to what some ministers said, if he was honorable and sincere he should have quit politics after the first fuck with Laura. Instead he continued to deceive his colleagues in white and worst in the highest office, the Parliament! He came clean and confessed after he was about to be exposed and you call that honorable? What if the third party did not expose him? He continues to be honorable in the highest office?
Can't imagine, some fucking ministers can still confer him honor and dignity for what he had done. Horror maybe.
