Drifter, you an expert on snakes?
I saw in Thailand weekend market, they have sales for colourful snakes. Was wondering, it won't bite?

No, it won't, as long as you keep your fingers away from it
Snake blood and bladder are power when taken fresh and raw sashimi style with a shot of Thai whiskey. The rest of the meat is good for herbal snake soup.
you dont eat a snake which cost you 10k ...do you ?
yes perspective ...not only snakes but all reptiles ...they are my rice bowl .
You must be very rich and very mad. For about 100bht you can get snake meat soup in Thailand, about 300bht you can get full set with gall bladder.
I was going to ask what cobras are attracted to if they have been loitering in the same area, and how to get rid of them. But if you rear them, you wouldn't have an idea how to kill them? :p

im not mad ...my snakes are for pets and not for food ...thats why some of my snakes ( those rare ones ) can even cost up to sin$20k . maybe you never seen " big snake shit before "if you think im kidding you about the price go and do some research on rare ball python morph .
yes...i dont kill them .
snakes can be discouraged from taking up residence by keeping the available food supply down and eliminating potential hiding places. check what the chief food source is for the most dangerous snakes in your area and see if you can get rid of it from your yard (many snakes like to eat mice and rats, but others eat frogs or birds). keep your grass cut low, remove piles of wood or brush and don't leave metal sheeting lying on the ground to become a hiding place. snakes sometimes go into basements, so seal any holes at ground level. most snakes won't attack unless they feel threatened, but if you are in an area with a very high poisonous snake population and are afraid of your children or animals playing with snakes and being bitten, you could consider building a snake-proof fence around all or part of your property. this would need to be dug into the ground and angled outwards, with a tight-fitting gate. hope that help .
Same as with any other animal, go for the jugular.
Yes, I suspected rodent/rat holes were the cause of the problem but it had been reduced but the snake was still seen... anyway it was last seen 2 weeks ago and I hope that's the last. Thanks for the advice.
