hahaha...1 little red dot..almost 10 AP.
Uniquely Sinkapore....
Uniquely Sinkapore....
If WP and NSP can come up with about 25+/- candidates each, SDA, SDP, RP, USD and SF can come up with an average of 10+/- candidates each, it looks like a full contest without any walkover. The figures I estimated aren't guaranteed but neither are they unrealistic, yes?
In every election you'll always hear the opposition citing numbers higher than what they would field in the end. This time will be no different. Don't expect a 84 seat contest, although the figure will be the highest since 1988.
The latest estimates are:
NSP - 18
WP - 15
RP - 12
SDA - 5
SF - 2
USD - 0
TOTAL - 52
84x$13k=$1.092million.
That is the amount of election deposit needed if opposition wants to go for every seat
ahhhh...what happened to SDP?
will there still be SDA?
The wards of AMK, Tanjong Pagar and Marine Parade are likely to WO.

And what do you think is the reason?
Leading by shaking is a sure lose formula. If someone loses his deposit, that is an accomplishment for him/her. Not easy. A gila chap fought Jayakumar in bedok years ago and secured 30 over % without even campaigning.
hahaha...bird's view on this...
everyone wants to be the boss......
unfortunately...u see this everywhere.
Unfortunately, we don't even see the boss! They just register and remain faceless. My only guess - they are fake parties.
When asked ny foreigners, our MIW can always explain there is freedom here. Otherwise, how to explain the number of APs. Who orchestrate these parties? Isn't that very obvious.

How do the other 4 form 5 political parties? :oWhen you put ten Singaporeans together, six have no idea what's politics and the other four form five political parties.
1 person cannot start 2 parties meh...How do the other 4 form 5 political parties? :o
