There are 9 ncmp seats given to the best loosers. WP has stated if it looses a seat it will not take up ncmp posts. So if aljunied is won by pap 5 potential ncmp 'competitors' are eliminated. In terms of party performance, sdp is 2nd after wp. So ah chee might go win one spot. If ah bock polls well in his old constituency he might go in too. Based on last GE 2015 results, the other oppies don't even come close to 35% of valid votes of the constituencies they contested and the people in all over Sinkieland trounced them :thumbsdown:
