Actually 60% of Taiwanese support reunification if you look at the voting patterns:
KMT 30% (reunification)
TPP 30% (reunificatiion)
DPP 40% (independence)
DPP won by virtue of largest share of votes, not majority. But the Western media deliberately obfuscates this fact and peddles the lie that most Taiwanese want independence.

kmt wants to reunify to becum ruling elite in tiongcock. when they were in power in tw for decades they were holding a “mainland re-invasion fund.” little do they know that if reunification were to happen the ccp would not tolerate multiple parties and would require all parties in tw to dissolve and join the ccp.
