I've been to Bangkok & notice the many new shopping malls & even the old malls are getting an upgrade. On the way to Pattaya I saw that new roads were being built & old roads being upgraded. Even Pattaya has changed, new condos, new malls, crowded with tourists, ....

I recently had to replace some of my appliances & couldn't help but notice that refrigerators, washing machine,... are all made in Thailand.

All this progress is happening in LOS even thought they don't have an LKY in the gov't

I look at our public transportation problems and the mess is for all to witness. Surely, surely, with plans to increase our population and with the influx of foreign workers, doesn't take a genius to better plan our public transport needs. The growth in numbers did not take place overnight. The authorities had more than sufficient time to plan. Ditto housing matters.
