Jack Sim has a track record that the MPs do not. He has worked with CGI (Clinton Global Initiative) and been named by Time Magazine as Heroes of the Environment. imo, this does not mean he is great in any respect, but simply that he has contributed not only to Singapore, but to other poorer countries as well. Compare that with excuses for 50 year floodings and broken windows for MSK to escape.
