A 15-YEAR-OLD was arrested on Monday for his comments on a YouTube tribute to Downtown East murder victim Darren Ng.
The suspect, believed to be Mr Ng's friend, had challenged others to a fight five days after Mr Ng, 19, was hacked to death in an apparent gang fight.
Posting his comments on the popular video-sharing website, he claimed that he was associated with a gang, and stated a location, date and time for others to meet him.
The comments have since been removed.
He is currently out on bail and under investigation by the police.
Anyone who makes or circulates any statement in written, electronic or other media forms which may cause public fear and someone to commit an offence against public peace may be jailed for up to three years or fined, or both.
