The value of these schools have just gone up. Hopefully, they will now be able to attract much better students and move into the leagues of the top schools in Singapore.

give him a chance.... at least he is not from the president scholar paper general route

on paper, he looks like an ordinary guy who did well enough for his Os and As to get a PSC scholarship. Most would get pulled along by the PSC process and go as far as they can take it. if he hasn't been fully "corrupted" by the system then give him a chance
