I’ve got nothing to gain from making a false police report, and I fully understand the seriousness of such an action.

All I’m seeking is truth and closure, for the way I was forcefully handled and humiliated against my will, even though I was calm, harmless, and clear-minded at that time.

The execution began the very moment I asked for a chance to call my appointed spokesperson, which I was denied. Instead of allowing that basic right, they proceeded to act against my will.

I have no issues with the hospital itself, as all my previous admissions were good, the staffs I met before were professional and kind.

Unfortunately, there are always one or two bad eggs in every organisation, and it only takes a few to cause deep harm and lasting trauma.

What’s even more troubling now is that they went as far as to ‘blacklist’ me across the entire medical system, something I only discovered through the staff and my own experience with another hospital under a different healthcare group.

It’s also important to note that my appointed spokesperson never gave his consent, yet the doctor still went ahead and ignored his clear request to wait for his arrival before proceeding.

This isn’t about revenge, it’s about accountability, respect, and basic human dignity.

In the police report that was attached to the post, the woman claimed that a doctor had "forcibly restrained and injected" her against her will with an unknown substance. She also mentioned a doctor by name.

She claimed that a team of about 10 people, including hospital employees and auxiliary police officers, were involved in the incident.

She further claimed in the report that they had displayed unlawful restraint and had violated her rights.

The woman also said she was not allowed to contact her husband after she was sent to the Institute of Mental Health against her will.

In response to queries from Mothership, the police have confirmed that a report was lodged.

On Oct. 21, 2025, the hospital put up a Facebook post saying they were aware of online posts by a patient alleging inappropriate and insensitive treatment.

They said they take these allegations seriously.

They further asserted that their actions were guided by their "foremost duty" to ensure the safety and well-being of the patient.

"Our team acted swiftly, responsibly and out of genuine concern to protect the patient under the circumstances."

They said these situations can be misunderstood when taken out of their full context, which is why even though they respect the right of patients to share their experiences, they are concerned about the representation of events and the naming of their staff online.

They emphasised that they would not tolerate harassment or false accusations directed at them.

"We are in touch with the patient and her family. Our commitment will always be to uphold the highest standards of safety and care for all our patients and staff."
