I doubt gov medical loctor would force injection on any patient, unless the patient is of unsound mind and the injection is necessary.

At issue is how she was treated. This quack doctor used the Mental health Act on her, but then later, the real authority on mental health, i.e. IMH said there was nothing wrong with her.
