台灣鐵路產業工會今（25）日於臉書爆料，台鐵「富岡站」的宿舍休息室環境極髒亂與老舊，竟然還有1948年（民國37年）購置的表冊箱，呼籲台鐵局長張政源認真重視車站與車班的宿舍休息室，要求台鐵局大力改善場站環境，並表示將會持續追蹤。
台鐵產業工會於臉書上傳5張富岡站宿舍休息室的照片，由照片可見環境相當老舊，牆紙多處斑駁脫落，化妝鏡上有大片髒污，且竟有72年前的古董表冊箱，照片中標示購置日期為民國37年11月，使用年限為5年。
台鐵產業工會表示，竟然有播遷來台之前的表冊箱，「台鐵的舊化風格真是無人能及」，不知道富岡站的宿舍休息室算不算是最糟的，但想必還有更糟的。
台鐵產業工會呼籲台鐵局長張政源，希望局長認真重視「這些車站、車班」的宿舍休息室改善，並強調，員工沒意見，不代表就滿足跟不需要改善，資方該做的永遠是持續調查和改進這些基本的空間環境，不是員工跟工會說了才要做！

The Taiwan Railway Industry Association broke the news on Facebook today (25th). The dormitory room of the Taitung Station in Tomioka Station was extremely dirty and old. There was also a watch box purchased in 1948 (37 years of the Republic of China), calling for the Taiwan Railway. Director Zhang Zhengyuan seriously attached importance to the dormitory lounges of the station and the car class, and requested the Taiwan Railway Bureau to vigorously improve the site environment and said that it will continue to track.
The Taiwan Iron and Steel Industry Union uploaded five photos of the Tomioka Station Dormitory Lounge on Facebook. The photo shows that the environment is quite old, the wallpaper is mottled, and there are large pieces of dirt on the mirror, and there are antique table boxes 72 years ago. In the photo, the date of purchase is November of the Republic of China, and the service life is 5 years.

The Taiwan Railway Industry Union appealed to Zhang Zhengyuan, director of the Taiwan Railway, to hope that the Secretary would seriously pay attention to the improvement of the dormitory lounges of these stations and car classes, and stressed that employees have no opinions, and that they do not need to be satisfied and do not need improvement. The employers should always continue to do so. Investigating and improving these basic space environments is not something that employees and unions have to say!
