Suing someone in SG

Under what circumstances can u sue say a person in SG?????


I understand that in the US u can sue macdonalds for hot coffee and maybe get some money.


Yet SG is like different.

I am talking about individuals not coporations.

Can u sue someone for being rude to you???

How about say on the net???? Say it's on a sinkee govt controlled forum like CNA or stomp for eg. Then someone scolds u idiot or stupid for eg. Can u sue the other party successfully?
