PEASANTPORE: As one of the richest countries in the world, the cheap Dole Ministry will pilot a new low budget drop-in disability programme at existing community facilities.
Speaking in Imperial Court, Acting Minion Chan 'Kee Chiu' said the low cost programme will cater to those who do not require full day care, only simple care for a few hours a day, a few times a week. For serious cases, its still 'you disabled, you rot, you die, your problem'.
Four cheap pilots will be carried out at different locations this year. Plans have already been announced to develop more low budget community-based facilities yet the regime could easily spend 10 million to throw parties for foreigners or $300 million for YOG to make foreigners happy.
There are currently 19 stingy day activity centres (DACs) which provide scant 950 places for the adult disabled who need full day care. By 2020, there will be 29 centres offering about 1,450 places but the regime wants to import another 1 million foreigners by 2020? Another proof that it views disabled peasants with more contempt than lesser peasants.
The first five new centres will be up by 2016 for the 2016 Wayang Procedural Erections
For adults with disabilities who need residential care, Stingy Chan said there are low budget plans to provide an additional 2,400 residential places by 2020, probably managed by retired SAF swines.
Stingy Chan 'Kee-Chiu' said: "Of course no such thing as free lunch lor. I am checking with Minion Gan to check if we can exploit disabled peasants as cheap labour or pay them pennies to take part in drug trials. To lower costs, I can easily import a few Burmese, Laotians or Cambodians as caregivers to ill treat disabled peasants lor. Who got better ideas to save pennies, email me ok!"
