Vandals use spray paint to write 'owe money pay money' on car
STOMPer Michelle sent in this picture of a vandalised car, seen at Hougang 373A carpark, with words written in spray paint all over it.
This STOMPer says:
“This picture was taken at Hougang Street 31 carpark this morning(4 Sept).
“Vandalism keeps happening in this carpark, despite feedback from residents to install CCTV.
“The response we got was that the carpark was well lit.
“My car has also been scratched a few times.”
