When you go PAP ward appeal parking, traffic, ERP wtf type of summons.......you dun get to see the MP.....MP is big fuck.
For other matters you go thru layers of screening before MP grant you an audience....
For these summons cases......after you have queued and waited long enough.........some paul lampard will come in to ask who is appeal summons one.......those who raise hands the paul lampard will take down names and collect the tickets, letters etc then after awhile ask you go back wait for outcome.......usually pass one just anyhow give some cock and bull story..........if parking offense within the ward then instant waive off.......from beginning to end you dun get to see the MP face
