Singapore PE2011 result conclusion!

The PE result
TT = 35.19%
TCB = 34.85%
TJS = 25.04%
TKL = 4.91%


The above result show that PAP have hardcore supporter of 35%
Opposition have 25% hardcore supporter.
Many Singaporean are on fence about 40% .
From this PE result is very obvious that, what Singaporean thinking and support. PAP and Opposition will know that how many really support(hardcore supporter) them regardless what happen.
So next election they need to get the support from 40% who are sitting on fence or boh chap.

To be precise, opposition parties need to win over 25/40 = 62.5% of the moderates. PAP only needs to win over 37.5%.

I have seen few of these 40% in my old Tampines neighbourhood during last May GE.. One of them is my old friend.. He did not like PAP but he don't love them either.. I tried persuading him to vote for NSP.. But he sturbornly refused saying that GMS led NSP team contesting in Tampines is not convincing enough for him.. He said that if a similiar Aljunied A Team from Workers party contested in Tampines, he would have no hesistation to vote for them... In the end he voted for MBT...

TCB votes are a mixture of PAP and Oppo votes. The bulk of those PAP and Oppo votes should return back to their respective camps at the next GE. the third portion from the TCB votes - the middle ground votes must surely exist but no idea how much %?

Well, looking at the AMK GRC and Hougang SMC results, we can guesstimate it's around 64.80 - 30.67 = 34.13%
