Shane Todd's family should return to the USA, give press conferences there and approach US Congress for solutions.

At the same time, they could put up a Facebook page detailing as much as possible what took place at the kangaroo cot.

US Congress should withdraw funding to IME which is in cahoots with Communist-backed Huawei.

FBI is already in trouble and this possible collaboration between FBI and SPF to cover up will give more fuel to the Republicans who are going for Obama's neck. Stupid of Obama to try to help Shamu and Pinky to cover-up.

The engineer was working full time on IME’s GaN team by July 2011, according to written testimony, and by August 2011 Todd had drawn up a proposal for IME to develop a “GaN amplifier” for Huawei for a S$1.8m fee.

Todd was involved in purchasing equipment used in GaN research and was sent by IME for related training in the US in January 2012, Mr Lo said in written testimony.

The US engineer was present at a meeting with “high management” at Huawei on April 19 the same year, Mr Lo told the inquiry. In written testimony, Mr Lo has said Todd was also present at a June 5 2012 meeting to discuss the project with Huawei. He was found dead in his apartment on June 24 2012, two days after he left his job at IME.

Didn't IME colleagues testify that Todd was doing only 'logistical' work? All those above are 'logistical' work?
Didn't IME said they had no dealings with Huawei? Well, this testimony showed an active pursuit of work for Huawei. And a previous testimony state that IME was collaborating with Huawei on testing.
This testimony is enough proof for the US to take action against sinkapore for facilitating the transfer of US technology to PRC.

The inquest on Monday also heard that another IME employee last month had secretly taped a meeting during which Mr Lo told other employees who were expected to testify at the inquiry that the Huawei project should not be discussed publicly.

There's no denying on this. What has the sinkee court got to say?

“We were told from the beginning that this will be honest and open. We were just chastised this morning for bringing forth evidence,'' he said, referring to an email the family's lawyers had introduced.

Why is the sinkee court doing this?

The family stood up and left the court after learning that a Frenchman who knew Todd, Luis Alejandro Andro Montes, was going to testify that the American was still alive the day before his body was found on June 24, 2012.

Why wasn't the government sharing this evidence with the Todd's attorney? One gets the impression that the government is creating evidence and witnesses on the fly to address every question being raised by the deceased's family.

We no longer have confidence in the transparency in the findings of the system. It appears to us that the outcome has already been predetermined.''

The PAP's lawyers go hard at any witness that challenge the PAP's position and help the witnesses testifying for the government. It is not a figment of the imagination. Reading the PAP-Press gives one this impression. Then, the PAP's lawyers keep springing up last-minute witnesses and evidence. And the other party's lawyers don't get a chance to prepare for cross examination.

It is good that the world gets to see a kangaroo court in session.
