ive switched from one nokia model to another.
anyone know how i can save/ backup the sms msgs from the older phone?

as far as i know, the msgs are on the SIM card, so i don't understand why when i put the same SIM card into the new nokia phone, it says my inbox is empty.

thanks

the older nokia needs a special phone to computer cable...

the newer nokia just needs a regular USB cable...

maybe i just have to get a 2nd sim card and forward and then forward back

Why would you want to keep old SMS messages? If its important you are much better off penning it down somewhere.

hard to erase unforgetable, hot, sexy messages with wendy's favorite sbf members.

If it's on your SIM card, then why the messages are not found?

Hence, it's more than likely, it is in phone RAM or SD card, if it has one.

Most messages are not stored on SIM card. Only phone numbers are.

sentimental reasons and a few of them are being used as evidence in court

have decided to stand in line at nokia service centre today and see if the "experts" can help ...

You do have some comprehension issue. SMS is hardly stored on the SIM. Do you register that?

Anyway, please download this and solve your problem....

Most people like to use technology, but know nuts about it. So don't complain if you're a slave to technology. You pretty much asked for it for having a mentality of a cave-man living in the 21st century. You'll be left behind, the whole freaking 99.999% of the World's moronic population...deserve to get totally butt-fucked for being noobs.

thanks but i a moron who wont know how to use the technological software
will go waste hours standing in line instead - the caveman way

All Nokia phone comes with Nokia Suite application software where you can backup and stores all data including contacts and messages in your computer. You can use it to restore back to your exiting or new nokia phone.

Nokia phone is good enuff for phone calls. It's simple to use and very cheap and reliable.

All this crap about iphone, most don't even know how to use half the features, which, btw, isn't very much. It's a phone trying to pretend to be a computer and the camera sucks too. Get a real camera if you want to take upskirts and downblouse.

I only use the old Nokia, the older the better. Most of the time, I don't carry any phone. I'm not contactable most of the time.
Even when I'm carrying the phone, it is usually switched off. Save power.
