Another proof that you can sell your conscience to the highest bidder and yet be rewarded.....as the Chinks will moan, Peasantpore's heavens truly have no eyes.

PEASANTPORE: Ruler Loong thanked retired Chief Legal Lackey Ah Chan Sai Kong for his outstanding service to the regime over the last 312 full moons.

In a two-and-a-half page letter dated November 2 which was released to the media on Tuesday, Ruler Loong paid tribute to North Matland's reject, Ah Chan as the third obedient Chief Legal Lackey of Singapore.

Ruler Loong said the regime had persuaded CLL Ah Chan several times in 1986 to leave greedy commercial practice and enter lucrative mandarinate as Peasantpore's first Judicial Con-man.

24 full moons later, Ah Chan was transformed into a Supreme Kangaroo Court judge. In 1992, Ah Chan became the Attorney-Lackey, a position he would hold for 168 full moons while waiting for Pung Sai Yung to become senile and retire.

Ruler Loong said when Ah Chan was a Regime Prosecutor, he served with distinction, always acting zealously against political pariah, poor peasants while expending herculean efforts to favour Familee and their crony merchants.

Ruler Loong cited the 1997 Pariah vs Minions Polling Station Fisaco as an example of how Peasantpore's legal system is dismissed as a joke.

Cheng San 1997 Polling Station Fiasco
During the 1997 Polling Day in hotly contested Cheng San GRC, top minions of the regime, ex-Regent Woody Ah Goh-Goh, Phony Tan and Clown Prince Loong showed up near the vicinity Polling Station. By magical means, they somehow bring their physical bodies ’in’ the Polling Station itself. As usual, the political pariahs bring their case to Attorney Lackey Chan Sai Keong. Kangaroo Chan, using queer Quantum Mechanics theories declared: “Plainly, a person inside a polling station cannot be said to be within a radius of 200 metres of a polling station.” Schrodinger will probably be rolling in his grave if he hears of this.

Ruler Loong said the manner in which CLL Chan's sham legal office used crap logic to defend Familee's cases unequivocally demonstrated the sorry state of affairs of Peasantpore's legal system, a joke among international jurists.

As an obedient Attorney-Lackey, Ruler Loong crowed CLL Chan provided cranky counsel on many complex issues including legislation which the regime passed in 1993 to discontinue the automatic reception of English law as Old Autocrat was busily re-writing laws based on his whims and fancies.

Ah Chan also chaired the pro-merchant Legal Services Review Committee which in 1999 recommended creating the Joint Law Venture and the Formal Law Alliance vehicles to attract offshore law practices to Peasantpore to earn a cut of international commerical arbitation.

Ruler Loong said these measures have significantly contributed to Peasantpore's economy by siding with rich merchants.

After visiting much damage to the Attorney-Lackey's Chambers after the Cheng San Polling Station Fiasco, Ah Chan tried to restore Peasantpore's reputation by establishing the International Affairs Division and the Law Reform and Law Revision Division, another few jiat leow bee setups that write arty farty essays to praise Old Autocrat's legal abuses.

Ruler Loong said Ah Chan personally led efforts to order Chambers' staff to kowtow Old Autocrat and Ruler Loong's portrait 5 times a day.

Ruler Loong said there was widespread happiness when Ah Chan was appointed Chief Justice in 2006as the legal fraternity has been smelling Pung Sai Yung's fart for many full moons.

Under CLL Chan's guidance, the Kangaroo Subordinate Courts set up the HELP Centre which discourage peasants from the court process and by using series of expensive fees and costs. Ruler Loong said Kangaroo Chan's tenure as Chief Legal Lackey lowered the standing of Peasantpore's legal system abroad.

Under Kangaroo Chan's questionable leadership, the International Court of Justice only gave Peasantpore's sovereign rights to Pedra Branca and the rest goes to North Matland. Despite this gabra, Kangaroo Chan was still conferred the Order of Temasek (Second Class).

Kangaroo Chan also served on the Rubber Stamp Presidential Council of Minority Rights for 20 years, six of them as Chairman and effectively supplied rubber stamps for many presidents.

Ruler Loong noted that at council meetings, Kangaroo Chan conscientiously studied the provisions and context of each piece of legislation that came up for scrutiny. This was to satisfy himself that X;tians are given preferential treatment and pagans are discriminated against all the time.

Ruler Loong said Kangaroo Chan operated an important constitutional rubber stamp that assured the X'tians are favoured as a tribute to the late Dowager Gecko's religion.

In concluding the letter, Ruler Loong said the regime is grateful for Kangaroo Chan's outstanding contributions to the regime. Kangaroo Chan has subverted the foundations of Peasantpore's legal system and will continue to inspire many lackeys to serve Familee in the future.

The Prime Minion wished Kangaroo Chan "a happy retirement and he should resist from visiting KTV hostesses".

Minion for Kangaroo Law and Vassal Affairs Minion 山木庚 will deliver a statement in an Imperial Court session on November 12 to heap praises on Familee loyalist Chan Sai Keong.

Yes,chief judge Chan declared "Both MM Lee and SM Goh were inside the voting station, but both committed no defence for being inside the pooling station"He will be remembered till eternity.

Chan Sek Keong is quite a snake.

In the 1997 General Elections, Wooden Goh Chok Tong, 35% President Tony Tan and Lee "Mee Siam Mai Hum" Hsien Loong entered a Cheng San GRC polling station without authority as all of them were not candidates in Cheng San GRC.

Section 82(1) of the Parliamentary Elections Act says: ”No person shall wait outside any polling station on polling day, except for the purpose of gaining entry to the polling station to cast his vote.” and "No person shall loiter in any street or public place within a radius of 200m of any polling station on polling day.”

AG Chan Sek Keong ruled that there was NO violation on the part of the PAP MPs because they were IN the polling station and NOT WITHIN the 200m boundary of the polling station - apparently, INSIDE and WITHIN are not the same. AG Chan Sek Keong claimed that the act explicitly stated that those OUTSIDE the radius were in violation, but it was NOT applicable to those within the radius.

Hence, Chan Sek Keong was "well regarded" and well rewarded for his excellent interpretation of the laws.

I hope that book for Chan Sek Keong addresses this issue. Otherwise, it's only good for use as toilet paper.

Chan Sek Keong is quite a snake.

He is a snaky character alright. His twisting and turning in the Cheng San GRC case is a real classic. He will be remember for a long time for this.
