Ruler Loong, hedging his bets lest he has to kowtow to Commie PRC, has congratulated Commie PRC's Vice-Despot Xi Jinping on his election as General-Secretary, with no typing skills, of the autocratic Communist Party of Chenna. It is strange that Ruler Loong should praise Princeling Xi who is not endorsed or elected by the Commie peasants.

In a congratulatory letter laced with copious amounts of flattery, Ruler Loong said Princeling Xi has leveraged on his father's reputation and political connections to seize power an important juncture of Commie PRC's degeneration to chaos. Ruler Loong tried to strike an emotional link here as both depots inherited political power from their parents.

Ruler Loong is confident that Commie PRC will continue to use nationalistic challenges to create trouble for Uncle Sam and Nihon under Princeling Xi's leadership to distract his peasants from pressing political reforms. Ruler Loong also congratulated loser Li Keqiang on his second prize, a reappointment to the Potato Standing Committee of the Commie Sex Party of Chenna. Loser Li is presently a Vice-Premier of the State Council and will get the loser Premier job vacated by the Hypocrite Wen Moneybags.

Ruler Loong Peasantpore-Commie PRC relations have expanded steadily and will continue to grow stronger if Commie PRC manage to become the South China Sea Hegemon.

Ruler Loong added that he looks forward to taking some orders from Commie PRC Despot Xi and political loser Li and the other newly nominated members of the Potato Sex Committee to strengthen Commie PRC-Peasantpore's hegemon-vassal relation.

Ruler Loong leveraged his papa's (Old Autocrat) connections to be Peasantpore's Despot.

Both rulers Xi and Loong command vast fortune through their immediate family acting as proxy.
