WASHINGTON: The Peasantpore Conversation -- an improvised version of the Maoist 'Hundred Flowers' Campaign' is to compile a list of vocal dissenters for 'processing', revealed Ruler Loong in an exit interview with Yankee media.

Ruler Loong clarified there will be never be a fundamental rethink or reform in any areas.

He said: "You know, I know, you Yankees are smarter than the indolent peasants I have back home. Those pompous baboons who read a bit of history will know what happended during the PRC Commies' sponsored Hundred Flowers' Campaign.

Read my lips? No policy changes, no changes in our philosophy, no changes in our profit driven approach, no changes in the way we marginalize peasants! One thing that is sure to stay, all most continue to kowtow me 5 times daily!"

"Peasants better wise up and not assume that the illustrious Familee will cede political power if Old Autocrat visits Lord Yama."

Ruler Loong said the Peasantpore society may have gotten the wrong ideas about Familee returning political power to the peasants after reading too many books by Jane Austen or Oscar Wilde. They should think twice and start reading books written by Confucius, an East Asiatic stick in the m&d.

Ruler Loong said Peasantpore will continue to pursue the basic policy of educating its peasants just enough to do the work now done by expensive Ang Moh or Nihon workers. He wants his loyal merchants to take full advantage of opportunities that are opening up in the region once the MNCs start retrenching high wage workers in their home countries and use South East Asiatic states (Viets, Burmese and Pinoys) as source of cheap educated labour.

On the economic front, Ruler Loong said his superficial tighter foreign peasant policies will have a not have any dampening effect on Peasantpore's economy because there are plenty of loopholes to hire foreigners, courtesy of Minion Overtime Tan CJ, if merchants bother to look around.

"I keep on emphasising this. I come back to this again and again. No profits for the regime, no talk ok. Because without profits, without money for Ho Jinx to punt, you don't have the resources to do any of the reforms," explained Ruler Loong.

Peasantpore's labour intensive economy is projected to grow at between one and three per cent this year. Ruler Loong said that Peasantpore's growth is likely to be slower than regional peers as its land is limiting factor.

"Now we have problems packing 5 million peasants....how to grow five to six per cent, even if you pay me billions of peanuts, it's impossible for us to do that. We must expect (that our economy) won't be growing at the same rate but my 3 million dollar stipend stays," Ruler Loong clarified.
