How hard is it to get downgraded? Do you know that most people's knees have some problems? Once u hit 30 and beyond, u start to feel your body is not the same.

In order to be fair to those who do keep fit, there must be a penalty for those who can't be bothered. RT is the penalty.
Anyone who has ever worked in a MNC knows that it is very time consuming. Very common to work until the night especially when you have to attend telephone conference calls with colleagues from outside Spore
It is not as switch off as the civil service. The norm are long hours at the office. For many it is not about being bothered but about prioritizing one's time.
I worked in an MNC and I know exactly what you mean. We had conference calls that lasted from 10 pm to 1 am on a regular basis as the times were always at the convenience of HQ. We were simply slaves to their routine.
Many nights were also burnt on product transfers, projects, unexpected downtime etc.
However, that did not alter the fact that my health was my responsibility and my priority. After all we only have one life and one body to go with it.
For that reason, I exercised every morning for half and an hour plus a bit more on weekends. 20 minute jog. 30 push ups, 20 pull ups. That's all that's needed to pass IPPT with flying colours. It also helps keep blood pressure and cholesterol levels in check.
In life, all you need is a bit of discipline in order to be successful and healthy. Everybody has half and hour to spare no matter what job you are in.
The ex CEO of Air NZ was at the gym 4 times a week while he took Air NZ to new heights of profitability. He did a one hour spin session from 1 to 2 pm. He is now semi retired.
The best is get downgraded ASAP...SAF does not look after the servicemen and neither does the State, why should private citizens to continue to be burdened by BS like that? Just to give the SAF higher ups and civil serpents a job? they can go get FUCKED!!! Anyone else that says otherwise is an ASSHOLE of the highest degree,,,
RT is the best! SAF pays you to work out!
you work out on your own, you spend time.
you work out at RT, you also spend time.
pass it with a Gold, it's 400 + approx 400 for 20 RT sessions
pass it with a Silver, it's 200 + approx 400
pass it, it's 100 + approx 400
why not? :p:p:p
So how? Skip RT and get fined?
yes get downgrade asap is easy, old bird formula - half panadol with a can of coke 1/2 hr before see MO.
Get MO to check high blood pressure and see your blood pressure shoot up to 200. MO get shocked and send you to TTS for all sort of check up which last 1 year while you get MC for IPPT. Another one is to drink lot of water before see MO. When MO checked my blood pressure and shocked to see over 200 he asked did I drink a lot of water .... hahaha MO chean poh himself, and thanks to him I used it next time and it did work.
From then onward you are declared high blood victim and fuck the IPPT forever.
I never fail IPPT... Gov pay me to work out and keep health.
my illustration above shows that it's possible to obtain $800 if you get IPPT Gold award with 20 RT sessions. would you choose $400 or $800?![]()
I dont think if they fail IPPT and they will get gold in RT.
This is an interesting video,,,like Singapore, long work hours does not equate to productivity.
But to singaporeans long work hours are good,,the boss also say good
Funny the video is about the USA where work life balance is important
you clearly haven't been to any RT![]()
I am told that taxi drivers get the best RT allowance payout....that's why many fail on purpose and miss a single RT session.
