Let me start the ball rolling.
I was at the food court this morning when I saw cockroachs running around the ingredients that were in display. The cook, a Chinese national, could not care less. Gone are the days where food sellers take pride in their food. Local food made by locals is a rarity. What is a Singaporean dish if it is not cooked by a local or taste like it is cooked by a local?
Thanks to our pro-foreign policy, big business and sky high rents.
