Triggered when boomers used the word “career”

Boomer bosses like to gaslight and 画大饼. Tell you to sacrifice for your career or do things for your future. Come on read the news there is no future or career anymore in 2026.

...

Looks like another Gen Z snowflake, keep it up with ranting about 'microaggressions' on Reddit and continue to ingest the 羡慕嫉妒恨 poison.

The only career that guarantees a car before you turn 30 is Grab driver.
Actually, do you really need a car in Singapore?

I mean if you have no.elderly parents to take care (eg. they have mobility issues, many medical appointments at polyclinics/hospitals), I think having a car is not necessary.

I know many seniors in my place of work (like those in their 50s and above) are all so used to driving. They say it's very difficult to change the driving habit because they have been driving like for the last 30 years where probably COE was non existent(?) Or very much affordable.

I don't know. But I know that as long as I am living next to an MRT (like 50m to 100m) away, I don't need a car. Any longer distance to walk to train, maybe I will change my mind, because Singapore's weather is rather unforgiving...
