Older folks who are singles 40s, 50s, 60s and above, how are you managing your health in sg as a single?

Looking For

As recent news show there are increasing number of singles, whether by choice or not, as we age, we tend to be more conscious about our personal health.

Personally I don't want to find a partner just so I can be taken care of as I thought it's a selfish thing to do. And besides, whether I have a partner or not, I should still take responsibility for my personal health.

Especially in sg, it's said that one can die but can't fall sick. So I'd like to ask folks in sg, how do you take care of your own personal health as you grow older? Thanks!

Edit: I'm in early 40s asking for advice
