Anyone received this scam by 'singtel'?​

Today I received a call from a guy from 'singtel' and said that they will be charging my bank account $178 for an iphone that I supposedly bought last month. They had my full name and last 4 digits of my nric which made it sound almost legit. They told me they delivered the iphone to an address in pasir ris in which I have never lived in. I told them I didn't make this order and they said I had to make a report and they will direct me to their customer service to cancel it.

Now the part that made it an obvious scam was after they gave me the contract number, I told them I will call singtel myself and ask them about it and they kept trying to keep me on the line by reminding me about the $178 that will be charged. I told them I can afford to lose this money and they still said the same thing. So I ended the call and another number tried calling me, which I didn't answer.

After that I tried to log in to singtel with my singpass and I didn't even have an account with singtel.
