SINGAPORE: Singtel said the service disruption on Monday afternoon (Mar 23) was caused by an "international traffic optimisation issue" unrelated to recent outages, and was resolved within 15 minutes. This latest incident came after three consecutive days of Singtel mobile service disruptions last week, the first of which resulted in a nine-hour interruption on Mar 16.

Singtel only, or also includes all the MNVOs using Singtel network?

if true, serves them right for procuring Tiong brand equipment.
Currently only Starhub and it's subsidiaries have changed to Nokia every telecom on shithole island is still using Tiong equipment.
Myrepublic was the 1st one to use Alcatel-Lucent until acquisition by Nokia and subsequently Myrepublic was acquired by Starhub
