Then they have to pay extra, and hence, THIS EATS into their pay...

Thus, if an Indian Ah Neh works for SGD 2k, rent a room at SGD 1k, left SGD 1k a month, see if he still wants to come here and work.

Won't work lah dey, if rentals increase the SG Govt or some GLC will start building foreigners dorms all over Singapore and earn from rental. PAP is all out to help cut costs of foreigners for the MNCs, unlike the past where you can see reports of flats being seized for unauthorised sub letting, these days see how mum and relaxed the Govt is on renting HDB flats to foreigners?

You create a super LTA running the transport company with only drivers. who is going to plan the routes, the fare structures and how to invest the money that LTA received. The rentals of the shops and the advertising space. Further , what about the replacement of capital equipments. You think the drivers knew about such things.
Everbody knows that running a supermarket is a kanchang puteh business but if you a big boy like ntuc than you are creating revenues using the supplier's credit facilities. The amount of credit ntuc receive amount to a few hundred millions dollars a month. you can do wonders with that kind of money.

The Rojak poisoner is described as being 'from India'.

It is not stated what nationality Rojak poisoner is. i.e. not known if he became Singaporean citizen or migrated from India and kept Indian citizenship.

However, his stall employs only his two PR sons.

So no matter what, we can conclude:

1) He was not a citizen when his sons were born.

2) His sons kept PR so that they could keep Indian citizenship and siam tiok NS.

3) another case of Sinkies not getting jobs thank to FTs.
