When asked by the lady parent of another student in Raffles Girls Primary School to move his car out of a Yellow Box so that she can leave the school, he refused. Conversation went like this, without dispute from Mr Gee, who was also shown in two pictures strutting around his grey 535i.

WOMAN: You are in the yellow box, you know?

GEE(!): So?

WOMAN: I am going to report to the principal.

GEE(!): Never mind, I got money. You don't threaten me.

WOMAN: How do you bring up your children?

GEE(!): For people like that, I have no problem paying a fine to see her fume. The yellow box does not serve any purpose at that time, so I don't feel I did anything wrong.

ANOTHER PARENT: I see these inconsiderate drivers every day.

Is Mr Gee a Singaporean who has done NS?

A lot of Sinkie millionaires acting like they're Forbes list billionaires. Their egos have no sense of proportion at all.

Read the news, the SG woman isn't an angel either...

The yellow box is there for a reason. No need talk so much. Even if you got money you cannot remove the yellow box

Police investigating parent who parked in yellow box
May 23, 2012 - 1:36am

By Valerie Koh

Police said they are investigating the driver who allegedly obstructed traffic outside Raffles Girls’ Primary School last Thursday by parking in a yellow box.

He and another driver had a war of words outside the school in Bukit Timah.

When contacted last night, Mr Jerry Gee, who is self-employed and has twin girls at the school, said: “This is a very small matter. I’ve got the money to pay the fine."

Read the full report in The New Paper on Wednesday (May 23).

Re: Rich cheebyeface says got money, can suka suka break the law

He didn't the law did not apply to him.

He said he would pay the fine.

I can't see anything wrong with that. It's not as if he's demanding special treatment.

Read my title line again.

Rich cheebye face - a person with a lot of money but behaves like cunt

says got money - boasts his wealth

can suka suka break the law - can block traffic by stopping in yellow box

You spend too much time fucking kangaroos, come back to Sinkieland before it's too late

Anyone can "suka suka" break the law. It's not just the purview of the rich.

However, many sinkies try to get out of paying their fines and will plead all sorts of cock and bull excuses instead of facing the music.

This guy is fronting up and admitting his guilt. I admire him for that.

Read between the lines, he said "This is a very small matter. I’ve got the money to pay the fine." That is ostentatious exhibition of riches and money can be above the law.

Re: Rich cheebyeface says got money, can suka suka break the law

Perhaps CPIB should investigate if he had bribed his way into admitting his kids into the school.

Re: Rich cheebyeface says got money, can suka suka break the law

The guy should have bowed down his head and begged for forgiveness instead.

That's why people strive to be successful and wealthy.. so they can pay their fines and buy their Beemers. What's wrong with that? I think you're simply jealous because you're not as rich as he is.

Again, I have to emphasise that he's not claiming to be "above the law". If he was, he wouldn't be offering to pay the fine. People who are "above the law" are ones who are not penalised for breaking the law. EG if you assaulted someone and a police report was made and the authorities refused to lay charges, then you'd be "above the law'.

If you have the money, you can pay the fine so it's not a big deal. There's a speed camera 5 km from home along an open stretch of road. On a regular basis, I find great joy in going as fast as possible in order to trigger the device. I don't have a beemer or a Ferrari but I've managed to do 130kph on a good day. The limit is 50 kph

The fine arrives about 2 weeks later. I'll then give the cops the runaround demanding proof that it actually was my car that was caught. This process can take weeks or months. I'll pay the fine eventually as I have the money and it's peanuts to me.

I've even triggered the camera on my bicycle. I choose days when there's a howling tailwind and I can easily get to about 65 kph and the sight of the camera flashing and capturing the image of bicycle is priceless!

So if you are rich enough to pay any fine, you CAN be above the law? Is that what you are trying to say Sam?
