Yup, i'm not sure about this ad, but i know that PR just need to get approval to buy landed property, and the cases i've heard of are normally approved... even cheaper landed properties.

It's called LDAU. PRs need to apply for it. Have to see tax returns, savings in banks, investments, job occupations they are holding before it can be approved. Not any tom dick or harry. Sentosa Cove is different. But buy 1 inter terrace in Sentosa Cove can get a semi-d on mainland. So different price and market.

A PR with approved LDAU is not allowed to lease out the property or sell it within the 1st 2 years.
If the PR revokes its PR status, he is not allowed to hold on to the landed property.

And LDAU approval is not so easily approved for any Tom Dick or Harry PRs.

Pulau Tekong IR no levy, got allowance, food and lodging even clothing are free.

With private property in Spore going for million$$$ I'm sure you don't have just any Tom, Dick & Harry able to afford to buy pte property

Foreigners paying in cash no need tax return or salary slip. However ill-gotten their cash is, it's not a legal problem in Singapore unless they're Singaporeans. Somebody should come and buy out Equalisation bungalow and he can go book permanent rooms in Legend Palace KTV and Hotel 81.
