ponding is worse than flooding as water has decided to live in sg and remain a pr while in flooding water has decided to go away to greener pastures after staying in sg as a temporary leech.

Ponding at most breeds guppies. Flooding may breed groupers. Fleshy and delicious.

Ponding breeds, mosquitoes, tilapas, groupers etc., at least it keeps the spurs on the civil servants, give work to PUB, NEA, AVA, Nparks & STPB. If not, they are too free with their year end bonuses, shopping & visiting car showrooms & property launches!

"puddling" will be the new buzzword once "ponding" is deemed as a more troubling annoyance than flooding. will "spooning" eventually be used to dampen the expectation of a gushing load of unwanted fluid? :p
